A feature of the current stage of electronics development, along with the miniaturization of circuit elements, is the growing demand for devices operating at high power, but at low voltage and, accordingly, high currents. The development of this segment takes place through the transition to highly reliable base materials along the entire technological chain of their production.
Classical materials based on, for example, fiberglass, used for the manufacture of electronic devices are gradually being replaced by modern products based on special ceramics, which significantly expand the frequency ranges of the devices, provide high heat dissipation and increase the reliability of contacts.
